Thoughts on the Plenty of Fish Dating Scene

Though I think the realm of seduction mostly belongs in the real world, I have come to some realizations of online dating. Lately, I have been messing around a lot with the Plenty of Fish Dating site at plentyoffish.com. After several months of experimenting and trying different techniques, I've come to a few conclusions about Plenty of Fish:

  1. Online dating is only a supplement to the real dating scene. There isn't any differences in the method's of attraction only a difference in the tools used to display that initial attraction

  2. The competition and quantity men on free dating sites like plenty of fish.com is much higher than on paid dating sites like Match.com for instance. However, the quality of that competition is much lower, thus a competent male skilled in seduction, should have an easier time attracting women on free dating sites

  3. Putting in the time to create a really great profile will do far more for a person than sending out generic mass emails. Continuous improvement and tweaking of a profile will help to display your high value and will work for you even when you are not online

  4. An average women will receive 20-100 messages a day from guys on the site. An average man will be lucky to receive 1-2 messages a week from women on the site. You must take this into account when coming up with your online dating strategy. If you are a male, you need to realize that when you send a email message that it has to be unique and intriguing enough to separate you from all the other garbage emails that a woman will receive

  5. Even if you do manage to attract a woman online, you still need to attract and seduce her in real life. If you are not already good at attraction and seduction in real life, than it will be painfully worthless to even attempt online dating in the first place. Learn the skills of seduction first, in the real world, then once a good understanding has been developed, transfer those skills to the online world. This, in my opinion, is the only way that online dating can be made efficient and useful
